David Wilson received his Bachelors of Music from the Berklee College of Music and his Masters of Music from the University of Connecticut. He recently retired from a forty-one year teaching career – 21 years on Martha’s Vineyard and the last twenty years as music/drama director at Mascoma Valley Regional High School. He has performed with numerous jazz and rock groups throughout his career, playing guitar, bass, drums, trumpet, trombone, keyboard, and vocals. In 2005 he was one of five finalists for the New Hampshire Teacher of the Year award. His fifteen minutes offame came when he was cast in a speaking role for the Universal Pictures movie “Jaws-The Revenge”. He is very excited to be serving as one of the newest members of the NCCT Board.
